• Support for 2000+ cryptocurrency assets

User Responsibilities

As a user of Microwallet Pro, you are responsible for:

• Safely storing your recovery phrase and PIN
• Following proper device setup and security procedures
• Keeping your device firmware updated
• Understanding the risks of cryptocurrency investments

Warranty and Liability

1 Mind LLC provides a limited warranty on hardware defects for 2 years from purchase date. We are not liable for:

• Loss of cryptocurrency due to user error or negligence
• Market fluctuations or investment losses
• Third-party software or service failures
• Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications

Regulatory Compliance

1 Mind LLC operates as a registered Money Service Business (MSB #31000259090405) and complies with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding cryptocurrency services.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products for:

• Illegal activities or money laundering
• Circumventing financial regulations

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the device. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
